This mural, painted for our bedroom, is a large work measuring 40×55 inches. It depicts a hidden lagoon I discovered on Beaver Creek, close to where it empties into the ocean at Ona Beach. That first visit felt magical—light, water, and stillness combining in a way I’ve not seen since, despite returning many times. The reflections and layers of green felt timeless, almost as if nature paused just for me. I also used this lagoon as inspiration for paintings of ducks that once paddled across its quiet waters.
